Artisan Application

Original artwork submitted by the artist.  Work created from commercial kits or buy/sell goods are NOT allowed.  Please complete the online application and submit payment to be considered. 

Non-Refundable Application Fee $25

Single Booth $265

Double Booth $530

Application deadline is January 15th.  Applications submitted after that date will incur a $50 late fee.

Food Vendor Application (Coming soon)

Health Department certified vendors who wish to serve food or beverages.  If you are a current member of the FPMA who wishes to serve food, please complete this application.  Application can be submitted by mail or email.

All applications must be submitted by March 7th.

KidZone Application

Children’s Activity 10x10 Booth Space $265

Large Children’s Activity $365 per piece of equipment

FPMA Merchant Application

Current members of the Fairport Perinton Merchants Association, please log into your account and apply online or download the application.

Non-Profit Application

Limited number of spaces available, priority is given to local Non-Profit organizations.

All applications must be submitted by January 15th.

Lend us your time and talents! Be a part of Canal Days and help the Village of Fairport and our great event.

Poster Contest Entry Form

If your artwork and idea is selected for our Canal Days poster, you will win $250 plus a free booth to display your artwork at the festival. Deadline for poster contest entries is March 1st.
