Some of my artwork consist of vases cute in half, and other forms of glass used on the piece. I paint my pieces on wood panel boards, live edge wood, and sometimes picture frames. After that I use glass of all types to portions of my art work. The glass may be sheet glass, shattered glass, vitrigraph, bottle/vase glass, and/or glass chunks. Sometimes I cut, and shape the glass using different tools. The final step is the resin. I use Art Resin over all my art work. I coat the painted work and glass with a layer of resin. My art work ranges in size from 8×10 to 20×24.

This piece of art is a vase cut in half. Shattered glass inside the vase represents water, with hand cut flowers using sheet glass and glass chunks come out of the vase. String glass (vitrigraph) is added for additional greenery found in a flower boutique. Behind the glass I've painted flowers, filling in any negative space.

I've added this piece to show how I also use my laser cutter to cut out many different elements and add those elements to my artwork. Using my laser cutter, I cut out the bird house and bird, then paint the bird house and bird. The background is hand painted and glass is added to the flower buds on the tree. On the bird house I've added a drawer pull to represent the bird house perch for the bird. Both the bird house and the bird are elevated off the substrate giving this piece additional depth and dimension.

On this piece of artwork, my substrate is a piece of live edge wood. The branches are painted and accented with SnowTex (meterial that looks like snow and is dimensional), the owl is painted, then individual pieces of sheet glass in different colors, are laid on the owl in a mosaic style. Then the entire piece is coated and sealed with Art Resin.

I have a 10x10 canopy for my booth setup. I use wire panel walls to hang my art from from along with tables with easels that display my artwork.
