We follow her techniques with all shortbread made in small batches and by hand. We use high quality ingrediants like Irish butter, and English Caster sugar. We also try to source ingrediants locally as much as possible. We have a certified kitchen in Webster where all the shortbread is made. We have designed all of our original packaging, which we get printed locally. All of the shortbread is wrapped and packaged at our kitchen in Webster. In addition to traditional shortbread we make a myriad of flavors that are available for purchase as well.
