We use premium ingredients that are measured, mixed, rolled out, and hand cut using cookie cutters. We then either oven bake or dehydrate to remove moisture for a longer shelf life. For our frosted cookies, I hand decorate each and every one using a dog safe frosting! Once all biscuits & cookies are done being baked/frosted, I package all of them and label per NYS requirements!
