The pumpkins are harvested for their seeds in the fall. The seeds are cleaned and dried to a point that they can be stored. When the seeds are needed they go through a multi step cleaning process to remove any foreign matter, and then dry roasted and flavored if needed. Our seeds are produced in small batches.
