The material I use in making my rings is sterling silver and gold filled pattern or ring blank wire. I measure for the particular size I need, cut the wire, shape it into a ring with my wire bender and/or rawhide mallet and then use an orion arch welder to weld the ring. After welding the ring I use a foredom rotary tool to clean and polish the metal, weld joint and if needed will tumble the ring. I learned this technique taking a jewelry making course while I was obtaining my degree from the University at Buffalo and lots of youtube videos. I make rings from size .5 to size 14 and they are sold primarily as a solid band toe ring. Most toe rings that you buy at a traditional retailer are clamps that you squeeze on the toe. They are extremely uncomfortable due to the fact that every time you take a step they pinch the bottom of your toe. My rings are solid bands that I fit to the customer on spot. Since they are solid they can be worn all the time without discomfort. My price range is $15 – $90. Since my rings are available in such a wide range of sizes I also sell them as pinky, thumb, midi and finger rings. I also make custom sized anklets and bracelets. I use pre made chain, measure the person on site, cut the chain and then weld the findings and jump rings on for them to ensure the perfect size. I also use my orion arch welder for this.
